1.2 Scope of Application

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open and use an account on the 7u7bdt platform, the user must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Registration on the platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. If age verification is required, the platform may request the necessary documents at any time.

2.2 One Person One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method or identity document is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful. If false or incorrect information is provided, the platform reserves the right to cancel the account and withhold deposited funds. If personal information needs to be changed after registration, the support team must be contacted.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Although 7u7bdt is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh, users themselves must confirm that using this type of platform is lawful in their area. If this service is prohibited in a particular jurisdiction, the responsibility for accessing it from that location lies entirely with the user.

3 Account Security

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password or username with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Personal Use of Account

A registered account is for the sole use of the account holder. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or selling or transferring an account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 KYC Verification

The platform may request documents for identity verification at any time, particularly before a withdrawal. Required documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being restricted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at 7u7bdt is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The stated minimum limit applies to each deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.

Please note: KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete.

4.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Balance

Winnings obtained from a bonus balance must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Detailed bonus-related conditions are described in Section 5. The platform reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal in the case of any suspicious transaction.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions on the platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 (twenty thousand taka). For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000 (bonus capped at the maximum limit).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) — the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Warning: If you withdraw before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

  • Each promotion can only be used once and applies to one account.
  • Strategic or systematic betting for the purpose of earning bonuses is prohibited.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
  • The platform reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, the platform may investigate and cancel the bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

The 7u7bdt VIP program has four tiers. Cashback is paid out every week:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Tier changes are based on the user's activity and contributions. The detailed criteria for determining tiers are at the platform's discretion.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 Finality of Bets

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless it was incorrectly recorded due to a technical error on the platform. The same rule applies to live bets placed during a sports event.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the result of a game does not match the actual outcome due to a software or server error, the platform reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Claims for incorrect winnings displayed as a result of a technical error will not be accepted.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

The platform hosts games from third-party game providers. These games may have their own terms and conditions. When playing games from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI and PG Soft, the relevant provider's rules also apply.

6.4 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

Additional conditions may apply to betting on any sports event, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and the FIFA World Cup. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the platform's policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by the Platform

The platform may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

  • Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.
  • Legal or regulatory orders.
  • Prolonged inactivity of the account.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. It is possible to withdraw all eligible withdrawable balances before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, a user may self-exclude for a specified period. While self-exclusion is active, access to the account will be completely blocked.
